Delete Your LAQTA Account

If you want to request deletion of your LAQTA account and related personal data, please contact us at:

support@laqta.cloud

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your phone number or username used in the LAQTA app
• A clear request to delete your LAQTA account

After receiving your request, we may verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.

Data deleted:

• Account profile information
• Phone number or username
• Profile photo
• Portfolio images uploaded by the user
• Notification tokens
• Account preferences
• Other personal data linked to the account where deletion is legally allowed

Data that may be retained:

• Security logs
• Fraud prevention records
• Booking, transaction, or dispute records required for legal, accounting, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes

Retention period:

Some retained records may be kept for up to 90 days, or longer if required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or security obligations.
